RETURN/REFUND POLICY



Our Commitment To Quality

Your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to achieve a "like-new" appearance and function to all the products we sell. Although we thoroughly inspect and repair the functionally of our products, occasionally, some minor cosmetic blemishes may still occur. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible products in the best condition to our customers.

What can be returned?
If any product does not meet your satifaction due to excessive cosmetic or functional defects, the product can be returned in accordance with this policy. Product without an Return Authoriztion number will not be accepted.

When do items need to be returned by?
Consolidated Business Resources requires notification of return no later than (7) seven business days from date of product recipt. Consolidated Business Resources will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number for your return.

Shipping for returns:
Shipping to our warehouse, for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer. In the event, the product was delivered by Consolidated Business Resources, we will arrange a pick-up at the delivery charge rate.

Instore return option:
Buyers have the option to return products in our warehouse during normal business hours.

Packing materials?
Returned products should be repacked in the original shipping material(s) in which it was delivered. Alternate methods can be used. Contact Consolidated Business Resources for more information.
